Working together to change lives
Our Adult Mental Health Service is an integrated stepped-care system providing a timely, flexible and evidence-informed response for adults with moderate to severe mental health problems.
We provide a wide range of needs-led responses such as community treatment packages, PLAN-accredited Liaison services, intensive home treatment and specialist interventions. Alongside this, we have an AIMS-accredited 17-bed inpatient unit.
To ensure we offer the best and most up-to-date mental health care, we actively encourage continuing professional development. This includes induction for new arrivals to Jersey, free access to online journals and ebooks, and ongoing study up to Masters Level for nurses and allied health professionals in partnership with the University of Chester. We work with a varied clinical population, allowing our people to share knowledge and skills, whilst continually progressing in specialist areas.
We are looking for skilled professionals who are able to consistently provide compassionate, collaborative and evidence-informed care to join our team and change the lives of adults in our community. This is your chance to use your skills and abilities to provide the best standard of care, and rediscover the things that make you so good at what you do.
